We read everything that comes in, but we can’t promise a response time or guarantee a reply to every message — this is a small, independently run site, not a company with a support team. Food-safety questions are best directed to an official source such as the USDA rather than to us; we can fix a calculator, but we can’t give you personal food-safety advice.
